Return of goods
Dear customer
If you have regretted the purchase of an item purchased from NOWAS A/S, you can return the item to us within 14 days.
We point out that you must pay for the return shipping yourself.
If the item is returned within 14 days of the purchase, we charge a return fee of 15%. Return of pallet shipping and piece goods will be deducted from the actual shipping cost that NOWAS has incurred on this order. See more information under our terms of conditions.
How to do it
1) Complete and submit the form
2) You receive an email with information.
3) Print the email, this must be printed and attached to the item.
Note: Packages sent to the parcel shop will NOT be picked up - all packages must be sent directly to NOWAS Løgstør:

Problems with a purchased product?
Dear customer
We offer the right of complaint according to our business terms and conditions. If you experience errors or deficiencies in a product purchased from NOWAS A/S within the complaint period*, you have the option to submit a complaint on this page. All fields must be filled in and at least one photo must be uploaded to document the complaint.
If you want technical support for a product that is beyond the warranty period or a product that was not purchased from NOWAS, we recommend that you instead fill in the form "Other inquiries".
Procedure for submitting a Complaint:
1) Complete and submit the form.
2) You receive a receipt for registering your complaint. IMPORTANT! This must be saved.
3) You will subsequently receive further information from the NOWAS complaints department
*The complaint period is as standard 1 year from purchase, but some products have limited or extended right of complaint, cf. business terms and conditions point 5

NOWAS tilbyder service og reparation på værkstedet i Løgstør, indenfor værkstedets åbningstider. Vi tilbyder også landsdækkende service, enten ved afhentning og levering, eller en servicebil. En gennemgang af en af vores teknikere, kan f.eks indebære vedligeholdelse af dit produkt eller support ved nedbrud. Derudover assisterer vi også med at optimere den daglige drift af dit udstyr.
