For some cleaning companies, a stationary clean water system can be a practical solution, as it offers greater opportunity to service more vehicles - and thereby more flexibility.
This static pure water system is used to produce ultra clean water, and can be placed in e.g. garage or storage room.
The Purewash Static 3000 is a stationary R/O ultra-pure water production plant that produces 0 PPM / 0 °dH ultra-pure water.
Produces up to approximately 130 liters of ultra pure water per hour*.
Delivered tested and ready for use, mounted on 1.5mm stainless steel plate ready for wall mounting.
Electronic float is included for installation in a water tank
With automatic control box:
- Automatic flush of the membrane at start-up (pre-flush).
- Auto-start of water production when the water tank is emptied
- Auto-stop of water production when the water tank is full
- Visual indication of operating status (production, flushing etc.)
Stationary reverse osmosis system consists of 2 types of pre-filters, which clean the water of particles, sediments and other impurities. Next, the water is led through a Reverse Osmosis Membrane (RO membrane) of the absolute highest quality, which filters approx. 95-99% of water. This ultra low-pressure RO-Membrane is produced based on the latest technology, which provides an improved flow and optimal performance even at a relatively low water pressure.
The water purification is completed with an effective DI filter. The DI filter (deionized water filter), which contains DI granules (known in some places as ion exchange mass), cleans the water of the last residues and thereby provides ultra clean water, suitable for window washing.
Stationary pure water system is used exclusively for the manufacturing process of ultra pure water. This is NOT a complete window cleaner washing system for mounting in a vehicle or similar.
