Dear customer

We offer the right of complaint in accordance with our business terms and conditions.

 

If you experience errors or deficiencies in a product purchased from NOWAS A/S within the complaint period*, you have the option to submit a complaint on this page. All fields must be filled in and at least one photo must be uploaded to document the complaint.

 

If you want technical support for a product that is beyond the warranty period or a product that was not purchased from NOWAS, we recommend that you instead fill in the form "Other inquiries"

 

 

Procedure for submitting a Complaint:

1) Complete and submit the form.

2) You will receive a receipt for registering your complaint. IMPORTANT! This must be saved.

3) You will subsequently receive further information from the NOWAS claims department

 

*The complaint period is as standard 1 year from purchase, but some products have limited or extended right of complaint, cf. terms and conditions point 5
